Abstract:
We must collect information from applicants for refuge special use permits to determine applicant's eligibility for public use of refuge lands for specialized purposes, including economic activities of the natural resources of wildlife refuge areas that are otherwise prohibited when such activities are determined to be incompatible with purposes for refuge establishment.
