Abstract:
The final rule establishes the notification and recordkeeping requirements for animal drugs, biologics, cosmetics, drugs, foods, and medical devices that may not be marketed or sold in the United States but may be exported under sections 801(e)(1) and 802 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
