This collection is being submitted as a proposed addition in support of a proposed rulemaking, RIN 0551-AB31, "Electronic Submission of Applications for Registration and Other Documents." This USPTO proposes to amend the Rules of Practice in Trademark Cases (37 CFR) to require mandatory electronic filing of all documents for which forms are currently available through the Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS). This collection is a matter of public record, and is used by the public for a variety of private business purposes related to establishing and enforcing trademark rights.
