Abstract:
A licensee at a reactor facility or a gaseous diffusion plant seeking the issuance of a Notice of Enforcement Discretion (NOED) must provide a written justification which documents the safety bases for the request and provide whatever other information the NRC staff deems necessary to decide whether or not to exercise discretion.
