Terms of Clearance:
Approved with changes noted in memos dated 10/4 and 10/7, and conference call on 10/3. Specifically, the question asking for email address has been changed to note that providing an email address will result in an electronic rather than paper SAR. (An additional note to that effect has also been placed on the FAFSA). Also, ED shall explore placing a link to a website or other source that can give students the daily exchange rate necessary for filling out Questions 37 c/d.
