The requested revision to the information collection associated with the NOPR on regulations revising pro forma open access transmission tariffs is not approved at this time. To allow FREC to consider public comments on the NOPR and to finalize this rulemaking, OMB's approval of the existing information collection is extended one year. The supporting statement submitt ed with the final rule information collection shall described responses to public comments about the utility and burden imposed by this information collection. Additionally, the agency shall include the burden associated with the proposed software including capital cost, in its next estimate of the hour and cost burden annual reporting and recordkeeping.

Abstract:
In RMO1-12-00, FERC proposes to amend its regulations under the Federal Power Act to modify the pro forma open access transmissio tariff established under the Commission's Order No. 888 to remedy remaining undue discrimination in the provision of interstate transmission services and in other industry practices, and to assure just and reasonale rates within and among regional power markets. The Commisison proposes to require all public utilities with open access transmission tariffs to file modifications to their tariffs to reflect nondiscriminatiory, standardized transmission service and standardized wholesale electric ........
