Abstract:
This revision is due to a Final Rule, titled "Safety Requirements for Operators of Small Carrying Commercial Motor Vehicles Used in Interstate Commerce,"which will result in an estimated 22,000 drivers who are subject to the driver's record of duty status requirements covered by this information collection.
