Abstract:
MMS uses the information to determine the conditions of a drill- ing site. This is necessary to prevent the hazards inherent in drilling operations and to increase the margin of safety of personnel and the environment. Respondents are outer continental shelf Federal oil and gas and sulphur lesses.
