Abstract:
In order to effectively implement and enforce the 40 CFR Part 258 Solid Waste Disposal Facility Criteria on a State level, owners/ operators of municipal solid waste landfills will have to comply with the recordkeeping reporting requirements of the Part 258 criteria.
