Abstract:
NCI's Cancer Information Service (CIS) uses survey data for program planning and customer satisfaction. A survey to 1-800-4-CANCER and LiveHelp (Web-based chat) user subset will yield 405,900 surveys annually, for a total of 1,951 burden hours.
