Abstract:
Registered investment companies use Form N-CSR to file cerified shareholder reports with the Commission. Proposed amendments to Form N-CSR require issuers to provide the certifications required by Section 906 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 as exhibits to reports on Form N-CSR containing financial statements.
