Abstract:
Section 211(a) of the Clean Air Act authorizes the registration of mobile source fuels and fuel additives. Manufacturers of motor vehicle gasolines and diesel fuels, and additivies to these fuels are required to provie compositional, health-effects, and related information. The information will be analyzed to determine if the emissions of any fuel or additive pose an unacceptable risk to publc health, thus warranting regulatory action.
