Terms of Clearance:
OSHA shall continue efforts to increase electronic filing of ODI information. OSHA shall also continue the audits of data quality from varying sized firms. In order to use this data to evaluate effectiveness of OSHA inspection and compliance assistance efforts, approval is granted for all categories. This approval includes employers with fewer than 40 employees,because a significant portion of OSHA enforcement and outreach efforts involve these employers. The approval is also with the understanding that the ODI will be the same in all three years. If changes are needed in FY05 or FY06 then a revised ICR must be submitted to OMB.
