Abstract:
This is a voluntary program which allows Indian tribes and tribal organizations to request funding to operate independent child support enforcement programs. The Social Security Act requires that the tribe demonstrate capacity to operate a child support program meeting the requirement of the Secretary of Health and Human Services.
