Abstract:
This ICR is an estimate of additional paperwork burden due to replacement standards proposed in the NPRM for Phase I and Phase II HWCs under 40 CFR Part 63, Subpart EEE. This burden from these standards is expected to be effective from June 2008. The currently approved collection under EPA ICR # 1773.06 (OMB Control No. 2050-0171), valid up to May 31, 2006, shall not be affected by this ICR, which covers all the current regulations under 40 CFR Part 63, subpart EEE for the standarads to control emissions of hazardous air pollutants from incinerators, cement kilns and lightweight aggregate kilns that burn hazardous wastes.
