Abstract:
The Self-Help Opportunity Program (SHOP) provides funds for eligible non-profit organizations to purchase home sites and develop or improve the infrastructure needed to set the stage for sweat equity and volunteer-based homeownership programs for low-income persons and families. Information collected will serve as the tool to measure performance goals and demonstrate the success of the program.
