Abstract:
RCRA Subpart cc (40 CFR Part 264 and 265) requires control of organic air emissions from tanks, surface impoundments and containers holding hazardous waste. Records and reports are necessary in order for the EPA to determine that the standards are implemented and maintained to protect human health and the environment.
