Abstract:
The application form Part A and other requirement in these regulations for employers seeking to use H-2B and H-2A non-immigrants for temporary and Parts A and B and other requirements for employers seeking the use of immigrants for permanent employment will permit the Department to meet its statutory responsibilities for program administration, management, and oversight.
