Abstract:
The notices require a detailed description of the proposal to acquire control of a depository institution or of a bank holding company, as well as financial, employment, and biographical data concerning the acquiring party. The Federal Reerve uses the information to evaluate the depository institution's controlling ownership and senior officers and directors.
