Abstract: The annual certification is used to ensure that nonprofit agencies serving people who have severe disabilities and participating in the JWOD Program are meeting the Program's requirements and to ensure that the Committee has the data necessary to measure progress in meeting the goals laid out in its strategic plan for Fiscal Years 2005-2007.
