OMBapproves this collection, with terms of clearance that requir e the FCC to collaborate with the NTIA on any information technol ogy requirements that are necessary to collect and process the sp ectrum allocation information that is associated with this collec tion. FCC and DOC should not be investing in separate informati on systems that have duplicative design and/or function. If dupl icative systems exist that collect and/or process spectrum alloca tion information, the FCC must submit justification (in collabora tion with the DOC) to The Administrator of the Office of E-Gover nment and Information Technology within the Office of Management and Budget. Although these terms of clearance are associated with this FCC IC R, it is OMBs intent and direction that FCC and DOC will resolve ant conflicts and/or duplicative related systems jointly.
