Abstract:
The NRC is broadening the scope of its regulations applicable to persons who may require access to classifed information to in- clude persons who may need access in connection with licensing and regulatory activities under 10 CFR Part 60 and 63 for the disposal of high-level radioactive waste in geologic repositor- ies, and person whol may need access in connection with such other activities as the Commission may determine, such as vendors of advanced reactor designs under 10 CFR Part 52.
