Abstract:
EPA is seeking emergency permission to request data from Canadian parties concerning exports of municipal solid waste (MSW) from Ontario, Canada to the State of Michigan. The data is being requested under a one-time U.S. -Canada pilot project to test the notification and consent procedures for MSW shipments in the Agreement Between the Government of the United States of America and the Government of Canada Concerning the Transboundary Movement of Hazardous Waste, as amended ("Agreement").
