Abstract:
In RM05-13-000 NOPR, FERC is amending its regulations to provide for electronic filing of information. The information filed under FERC-520 contains applications for authorization to hold interlocking positions, and the information provided in certain informational reports required for automatic authorization of certain interlocking positions.
