Abstract:
47 CFR Section 73.1212 requires sponsorship identification, retention of list of executive officers, board of directors, executive committee, etc. when broadcast is of political or controversial nature and the sponsor is an entity, not individual or to maintain list of name, address, telephone of individuals who sponsor "want ads" to allow the public to know by whom they are being persuaded.
