Abstract:
This rule applies to the following affected facilities in petro- leum refineries: fluid catalytic cracking unit catalyst regen- erators, fuel gas combustion devices, and Claus sulfur recovery plants of more than 20 long tons per day commencing construction, modification or reconstruction after the date of proposal.
