Approved consistent with the following terms of clearance: NIH shall establish a mechanism for tracking the collections approved under this generic clearance, each proposed collection should be submitted to OMB for review and approval prior to fielding, OMB will generally review collections within ten working days of submission, for each submission NIH will provide an update on the total number of burden hours and respondents used under all packages under the generic during this period of clearance as well as the hour burden and respondent numbers for each proposed package, in the next submission of this collection to OMB for review NIH will include a summary of all collections approved during the current period and associated burden.

Abstract:
Executive Order 12862 directs Federal Agencies to survey customers to determine the kind and quality of services they want. NLM is requesting extension of OMB approval for generic clearance to conduct a number of customer/partner satisfaction surveys. NLM will collect and use information gathered through customer and/or partner surveys to identify strengths and weaknesses in current service provisions and to make improvements that are practical and feasible.
