Abstract:
The Administrative Committee for Pistachios (Committee) oversees the administration of the Federal marketing order for Pistachios Grown in California, under M.O. No. 983. This information will provide the Committee with data on pistachios received for processing to provide an accurate basis for handler assessment to ensure minimum pistachio requirements and to nominate committee members. The Committee also needs specific information to amend the marketing order and to conduct referenda.
