Abstract:
Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) issued a NOPR RM6- 7-000 proposing to amend its Part 157, Subpart F, blankey certi- fication regulations to expand the scope and sale of activities that may be undertaken in accordance with blanket authority. FERC proposes to expand the types of natural gas projects permitted under blanket authority and to increase the cost limits that apply to blanket projects. In addition, FERC will clarify that a natural gas company is not necessarily engaged in unduly discriminatory practice if it charges different customers different rates for the same service based on the date that ....
