Abstract:
Respondents are owners or operators of coal preparation plants that process more than 200 tons of coal per day. All respondents must submit notifications, results of initial emission tests, and keep records of operating parameters. Owners or operators of sources that use continuous emission monitors must submit seminannual excess emission reports.
