Changing Forms
Short Statement:
A decrease of 1,063,778 annualized burden hours and 3,696 annual responses attributable as a program change as noted in item 15 of the supporting statement. OLMS current OMB inventory is 4,437,032 hours; OLMS is projecting that the renewed Forms (without Form T-1) will require 3,373,254 hours. This change is the result of OLMS not issuing Form T-1. However, as indicated in the Note to Reviewer, final rules revising Form LM-30 and issuing Form T-1 are forthcoming and they will result in an increase in the annualized burden hours and responses.
Annual Cost to Federal Government:
$6,744,861
