There has been a decrease of 40,213 in the estimated burden hours previously reported for this information collection. When this program started the Government Agency (CIA) that provided the estimate of the number of victims of servere forms of trafficking to the former Immigration and Naturalization Service, significantly overestimated the number of victims.
