There is an adjustment increase of 624,141 hours that was inadvertantly omitted that allowed for time to read crop insurance documents each year and a decrease of -217,949 hours due to program changes. The overall total increase in this ICR is 406,192 hours for a new total of 1,866,457 total annual burden.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
