Short Statement: There is an adjustment of 5,525 hours. The majority of the increase was due to markings, which total 5,528 hours and import permits which total 2 hours, these hours were inadvertently omitted as paperwork burden. The remainding hours were due to an error in the time it takes to fill out PPQ form 203, it should have been .5 instead of 1 hours.
