Terms of Clearance:
Education will resubmit this collection for review in conjunction with the final rule. Prior Terms of Clearance must still be completed. "OMB approves this request for two years only. This request does not disaggregate the burden for the majority of the FFEL program requirements, but rather provides it in a lump sum amount (10,128,562 hours). At this point, FSA has not maintained adequate historical records to disaggregate the burdens into ICs as required by ROCIS. FSA agrees to investigate the burden issue for this and all other affected collections. The next submission of this ICR for OMB approval will provide a detailed breakout of the burden and will group ICs according to a mutual agreement between OMB and FSA."
