The requested burden estimate of 3,714 hours represents a decrease of 3,601 hours from the current burden estimate of 7,315 hours in the OMB inventory. The decrease of 3,601 hours may be attributed to an adjustment in estimates in the number of eligible trainees in all programs who are participating in flight training since the last OMB submission for this information collection
