Abstract:
To collect information required to administer the watch duty-exemption and watch and jewelry duty-refund program under Pub.L. 97-446, as amended by Pub.L. 103-465, Pub. L. 106-36, and Pub. L. 108-429. The information is necessary to calculate the duty- exemptions and duty-refunds provided for under the law.
