Short Statement: Based on new data , OSHA reduced the number of sites that do not have access to wire line 911 service from 44,000 to 12,000 sites; resulting in a 960 hour reduction. As a result of including residential construction units covered by floor load limits requirement, the number of sites increased from 30,325 to 789,837; resulting in a 189,878 hour increase. Therefore, the Agency is requesting an overall increase of 188,918 hours.
