Short Statement: The Commission is decreasing the number of respondents by 27, from 97 to 70 respondents, to reflect the sale of three carriers (adjustment) and the Commissions MOO that ordered forbearance for the 24 AT&T study areas respondents from filing these ARMIS Reports (program change). ARMIS reports enable the Commission to fulfill its regulatory responsibilities.
