Short Statement: There is no change in the instruments used to report information in this collection. The burden hours attributed to the ETA 9130 report (formerly the S.F. 269), which was included previously, are now accounted for under ETA's collection, 1205-0461. Therefore an adjustment has been made so that they are no longer included in the hour burden for this collection.
