Abstract:
The application form and other information requirements are necessary to the collection of information from U.S. employers wishing to hire foreign workers for temporary positions. The information collected is used by the Secretary of Labor to make determine the proper wage to offer both U.S. workers and foreign workers in order not to adversely affect wages in the area of employment as required by the Immigration and Nationality Act as amended.
