The change in burden hours is an ADJUSTMENT due to an increase in the number of vessels. This increase may be due to the use of the Coast GuardÂ’s new Marine Information for Safety and Law Enforcement (MISLE) database. The recordkeeping requirements and the methodology for calculating hour and cost burden remain unchanged.
