Abstract:
The Discharge Application: Total and Permanent Disability serves as the means by which an individual who is totally and permanently disabled (in accordance with the U.S. Department of Education's regulations) applies for a discharge or his or her student loans made under the FFEL, Perkins Loan, or Direct Loan program loans, or TEACH Grant service obligation.
