In accordance with 5 CFR 1320, the information is approved for three years. As part of its next request to extend approval, USDA must confirm the accuracy of the burden estimates and provide better estimates of whether the burden is associated with recordkeeping or with third party disclosure by actively conducting outreach to the regulated community. As part of this effort, USDA should also consider whether burden can be reduced or otherwise minimized. To the extent that any of the information associated with fish and shellfish was required to be disclosed prior to this approval, the agency must report this to OMB as a violation (in use without OMB number) for its annual report to Congress (ICB)
