Abstract:
14 CFR Part 121 prescribes the requirements governing air carrier operations. The information collected is used to determine air operators compliance with the minimum safety standards and the applicants eligibility for air operations certification.

SFAR 92-4 was superceded by SFAR 92-5, which itself has been incorporated into the 14 CFR Part 121 and all reporting requirements were terminated. There has also been a decrease in the number of Part 121 air carriers from 139 to 106.
