Abstract:
The respondents to the information collection are owners or operators of existing engines less than or equal to 500 hp that are located at major sources, existing engines located at area sources, and existing non-emergency compression ignition engines greater than 500 hp that are subject to the proposed revisions to the stationary reciprocating internal combustion engine NESHAP (subpart ZZZZ). The information is requested by the agency to determine compliance with the rule. The information will then be used by enforcement agencies to verify that sources subject to the standard are meeting the emission reductions mandated by the Clean Air Act. New and reconstructed sources and sources greater than 500 hp located at major sources were included in a previous information collection request.
