The burden is increased by 1,732 for a supplement form (FSA-2254A) to the FSA-2254 to eliminate the required documentations from the lenders. The FSA-2254A will also assist FSA Guaranteed Lenders in completing the new automated loss claim process within FSAs Guaranteed Loan System, resulting in faster turnaround time with loan servicing actions.

On behalf of this Federal agency, I certify that the collection of information encompassed by this request complies with 5 CFR 1320.9 and the related provisions of 5 CFR 1320.8(b)(3).
