Short Statement: This revision is based on the activity involving mortgage loan servicing of delinquent, defaulted, and foreclosed mortgage loans with claims filed after the foreclosure. Several currently approved collections are being combined. Due to conditions in the banking industry, particularly acquisitions and mergers, the number of respondents servicing these mortgages has significantly decreased.
