Short Statement: This emergency information collection request is being submitted in order to fulfill the public engagement and feedback aspects of Data.gov to enable the public to provide information feedback and ratings in the spirit of the Presidents open government and transparency agenda. This emergency information collection request will enable these capabilities to be included on Data.gov when it initially launches around the third week of May.
