Short Statement: The purpose of this change is to add the Demonstration Grant for Indian Children (CFDA 84.299A) to the generic application. The Demonstration Grant for Indian Children program makes competitive grant awards to eligible applicants to provide financial assistance to projects that develop, test, and demonstrate the effectiveness of services and programs to improve the education opportunities and achievement of preschool, elementary, and secondary American Indian/Alaska Native students.
